1.1. The use of the website is governed by these Terms and Conditions, the Rental Terms, and the Company’s Privacy Policy. Visitors/users (hereinafter “customers”) are required to read and comply with them. Remaining on the website and using any information provided implies unconditional acceptance of these terms. These Terms also apply to all reservations made through phone, in-store, or the website.

1.2. Minors are prohibited from using this website, as services are strictly intended for adults. The Company bears no responsibility if minors access or interact with potentially inappropriate content.

1.3. These terms may be amended at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for checking periodically for updates. Invalidity of a term does not affect the validity of the rest.

1.4. The website is used “as is” and cannot be altered by unauthorized users. By accessing it, customers agree to all terms, including those of the Rental Agreement and Privacy Policy.


2. Intellectual & Industrial Property Rights

2.1. All website content (documents, logos, designs, images, services, files, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Company and protected by Greek, EU, and international law. Any third-party intellectual property rights are the sole responsibility of their holders.

2.2. It is strictly forbidden to use, copy, store, reproduce, republish, transmit, download, translate, or modify any content without prior written consent. The Company reserves the right to take legal action for systematic data extraction or any form of unauthorized use.


3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. The Company is not liable for any damage or adverse consequences resulting from the use of the website or its content. All content is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted service, error correction, accuracy, completeness, or virus-free functionality.


4. Customer Responsibility

4.1. Customers agree to use the website lawfully and appropriately, complying with Greek and international laws and e-commerce regulations.

4.2. Customers agree not to:

• Violates third-party rights,

• Is defamatory, racist, or offensive,

• Contravenes laws or moral standards,

5. Booking Use and Registration

5.1. Customers can book vehicle rentals via the website by paying through credit card, bank transfer, or in person. Confirmation is provided by the Company via phone or email.

5.3. Rental Terms are governed by Greek law and detailed in the Rental Agreement. Customers must read and understand them before signing.

5.4. Customers are responsible for service payment and any associated charges. Changes to bookings must be communicated in advance. No refunds are issued for early returns or no-shows. Extensions require 24-hour prior notice and availability confirmation.

5.5. Customers must disclose any physical or mental health issues that may impact insurance coverage.

5.6. Required documents upon vehicle pickup include a valid driver’s license (EU or International, depending on vehicle type) and a valid credit card in the driver’s name.

5.7. Failure to collect a reserved vehicle results in no refund. Late arrivals require prior communication. The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations beyond its control.

5.8. The Company is not responsible for damages due to booking execution failures, including force majeure events.


6. Booking Cancellation

6.1. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the rental start time.

• Full refund if canceled ≥72 hours in advance.

• No refund if canceled <72 hours before.

• The Company is not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations or resulting losses.


7. Pricing

7.1. Prices listed are accurate at booking time but may be corrected if clearly erroneous, with customer notification.

7.2. Currency conversion rates depend on the customer’s card issuer. The Company is not responsible for discrepancies.

7.3. By booking, the customer agrees to receive invoices and receipts electronically per tax regulations.

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1. For data protection, refer to the Company’s Privacy Policy.

8.2. Collected data includes:

• Name and email during inquiries.

8.4. Data may be shared with banking institutions for payment processing.


9. Liability Limitation – Disclaimers

9.1. In case of dispute, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

9.2. No guarantees are made regarding the quality, performance, or suitability of services.

9.3. The Company may modify rental procedures without notice. Booking implies acceptance of all terms.

9.4. The Company ensures secure transactions but is not liable for unauthorized credit card use.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms are governed by Greek and EU law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Paros Magistrate Court and Syros First Instance Court.

10.3. Despite all technical efforts for security, errors or malware may occur. The Company is not liable for such incidents.
